A call from Carphone warehouse, using a LOCAL code - ie - 01324 trying to deceive you into thinking it s a local call. You answer, and it s OBVIOUSLY a CALL Centre (by all the noise in the background) and on questioning the guy, is clearly NOT in the Falkirk area. This type of local call is being used more and more.

Called, i answered then silence and they put phone down...

Called several times trying to sell me washing machine insurance, they seemed to know my brand unless it was a guess. Stated they were domestic & general.
