These people obtain, STEAL, your tel. number from your ip address via metadata. Ever come accross annoying adverts when browsing online which doesn t let you close? ie. Engadget, youtube etc... This company ring monthly. The woman today was very aggressive saying she was doing me a favour and wanted a reason why I was refusing such a good deal. Asked to speak to manager, she came with a higher voice, I wasn?t fooled. Asked again for manager and who promptly cut me off. Rang back the number it was Hotweeks. Got through to manager who said he would remove my details from their system. They have said that before . If they ring again it?s off to Ofcom.

Claimed to be tax office via automated message

I am fed up with them calling me, they also use different numbers. I tried saying 'hold on while I put my computer on'. I put it on speaker and wait till they get fed ...

This caller says there s a custom &exercise fraud in your name. Obviously the fraud is them.

Had several calls from this number, answered them but nobody wanted to speak, then eventually one guy did and he explained he was calling me from The Financial services authority and he could wipe all my debt. I told him no thank you, I m not interested. He asks why? I told him I don t need to tell him why, can you please remove me from your system. He then told me to shut up!! Several times! I laughed and said yeah, alright mate! Go f*** yourself! Then he hung up! Absolute joke!

I read in the press that the STAR 9500 smartphone has been found to have a factory installed trojan virus. So I disabled my STAR 9500 and moved the sim card to an old phone. A few days later the old phone reported a missed call and a text message. The message was just this number. I didn t call it back.
