Voice record saying it's urgent and serious consequences if I didn't ring back and it was from HMRC. Called back and they wanted my first name which I didn't give as they already have my surname and phone number. Got swore at and called a **** by the call handler with no reason! I knew it was fraud when he said I need you first name ! desperation in his voice !!!!

I'm not too certain about the caller, as he started off by saying both my Company name & personal name, & he'd obviously "done his homework" as when I asked him who was calling, he said the name of my provider. Unfortunately he spoke at the speed of sound, so when I asked, he said he'd speak slower, but then the line disconnected, so I didn't get to find out whether the caller was genuine or not. I keep receiving calls on my mobile phone and landline from different numbers (landline/mobiles). With an increase lately (morning, afternoon and evening!!) I did some research and have now registered with TPS and called Converso (tel 01702434555) to ask them to remove me from ALL their lists. The guy at converso asked me which company was calling me.
