I challenged him as being a scammer (how else does he know my old password unless they ve hacked my or a company s account) and he hung up when I asked for his phone number.

SHE HAS MEMORY PROBLEMS AND TOLD HIM AND THEN WHEN I ASKED IF SHE HAD GIVEN HER BANK DETAILS SHE SAID NO. BUT SHE HAD BECAUSE THE BANK HAD SENT ME A TEXT TO SAY £75.62 HAD BEEN TAKEN OUT BY SM TECHNOMATIX.ON-LINE BUT THIS TRANSACTION HAD BEEN SUSPENDED. As above an Indian chap who said that his name was Jasper, we sometimes get called 20 times a day, he says that he is from Microsoft calling as they have noticed some issues with my operating system. I let him go on for a while, he wanted me to sign in and let him take control of my pc, I then said that I was a licensed Microsoft engineer and the line went dead immediately.

Seems to be some call centre calling with fake PPI claims/ Industrial accidents/ worked in a noise environment, they have some database of phone numbers with basic details and then they just try, asking about accidents you have had (should have..) in the past, but it was nonsense in my case. Just a telemarketing... Blocking this number.
