I missed it but I was expected the call. Can t call back (beeps); presumably outgoing only.
I suspect this phone number has been cloned and, given the caller's accent and the quality of the line, is being used by a call centre from abroad. Almost definitely a scam.

This is a bot attempting to sound like a person. Ambulance chasers!
Automated call. Claims to be HMRC and says that there is a fraud case against you. It then says that if you do not press option 1 you will be arrested.
Prerecorded message alleging to be from a bank - 2 transactions were highlighted as 1. a payment of £300 to Amazon and 2. a payment exceeding £1000 to an overseas destination. Options were offered which were ignored and the call was terminated by the recipient. An effort was made to call the number from both landline and mobile where an answer was given “it has not been possible to connect your call” and “the number you have dialled is incorrect”, respectively. These people should be sent to Siberia.

This number dialled few moments ago: A computer generated voice said it was HMRC stating a fraud claim has been raised against me, If i don't state my name etc I will be arrested immediately. Do NOT leave your details, this is not to be trusted and most definitely IS a highly dangerous. 02392 910896 number called saying he (indian sounding - and partially broken english) was from Sky (my ISP) asking if I noticed flucktuating BB speeds. I said no, and he went on to tell me why they were. Argued that they wern't.
