0118 959 7999 rang at 09.08. Phone showed this was an international call despite the Reading STD code, so did not answer it. Google shows that the number is registered to the Clarins Skin Clinic in Reading but since I live over a hundred miles from Reading
This landline from London area is used by call center working for non-profit organisations, mostly connected with Amnesty International, British legion etc. but can be used for different organisations. This call center uses more numbers from the same range (just last 2 or 3 digits alternated). If you are not interested in fundraising, I recommend to block the whole 2034760xxx range...
