I have emailed nicky frequently and had no response and when I called they told me I will not get a refund and I could call trading standards as il nowhere. I informed her i had not been in a car accident and that i was registered with the Telephone Preference Service and asked her to take my details off any Call lists and i bid her goodbye and promptly put the phone down.
