Just had a call from Sky on 08000561044 to tell me my order for Broadband and phone line had been rejected. They wanted my name and telephone number for security, I said you must know my number as you have called me. I was offered a number to call back on but I just said thanks but no I am with Talktalk and do not have an order with Sky. Goodbye.

Weird call about investments, asking for an name I don t recognise. Advised them they must have the wrong number. Caller asked if this was a business line, when told no, ended the call.

The irritating Saving Preference Company have been calling me for the last month, on average, about 3/4 times a day!!! I tried ignoring their calls, then handing the phone to my son so he could wind them up and then finally gave up and answered their questions telling them a fake name and address and said NO to absolutely every question they asked including Do I have a TV, car and washing machine? . After all the complaints, it beggars belief that these scammers are still using the same phone number and not been arrested. We are a computer repair business and have 2 telephone lines. Got a call on line 1 from the scammer (Asian male) who announce that my computer had problems!!! He was told in no uncertain terms to do something rather harmful to himself.
