SCAM Automated message claiming to be from Amazon regarding fraudulent activity on my account. Apparently a transaction of £1499 had been charged to the card linked to my account. Number now blocked!

Keep getting called by this number and I am ex-directory and never give my home number to anyone. I do not answer this number and they have never left a message. H ever they call at any time on any day of the week repeatedly. I wish there was a way to make them stop.

another annoying call from number I don t recognise, so I don t answer. I get at least 3 calls per day from numbers I don t know. I have a way of blocking these calls, ( which I have had to pay for)but as soon as I do that, another one pops up. I would be very happy to know that "somebody" out there is working to deal with this.I know from reading comments and talking to friends that just about everyone is affected, and that I m not the only person to be maddened by these calls.

SCAM Called to say my home appliance cover will be discounted. Gave the name of Chris Jones and a contact number of 08007789104. Gave him false sort code and account number to see where this was going. He asked me to "confirm" my date of birth also gave him a false date, he missed the fact it was April Fool's day. Rang me claiming to be calling about mis-sold premium bank accounts. I just muted my handset and let them talk until they asked me a question and hung up.
they called me i refused a loan from them, they said that they would sell my adress details onto people with guns , and have me shot.
SCAM Message/text sent to my smartphone, contents of text was a Halifax Alert saying I had created a new payee today 28/01 at 12.05pm.If you do not recognise this visit go to a site using the link supplied which was https newpayeealert.live DON'T OPEN LINK Dangerous SCAM, they want access to your account. Must use auto trawlers to get mobile phone numbers and hope some number they text the user has a Halifax account, probably use other Bank and Building Society names.
