SCAM. Used for bank scam with text message HSBC "Your One-Time Passcode is xxxxx for xxx.xx GBP to xxxxx. if this was NOT you, please call us on 03300270409

Automated call, supposedly from Visa, advising of a pending payment of £900 from my account - the usual scam call ("press 1 to speak to an advisor," and then they try to get your bank details.)

Fraud - recorded message saying bank card has been used on multiple transactions, one for £700 and to press certain number if I had not made these. This is a fraudulent scam to get your bank details and steal your money.

Looks like another Scam or Fraud as I'm not due any delivery's and the Post Office leave a card through your door when they can't get an answer, also I was in the whole day, I have reported the text message and number to the Ofcom scam text number: 7726 must be the 7th number I've reported now since I found the number to report scams to. Missed a call from this No. and called it back, told me that my life insurance policy was out of date or words to that effect, told him he was talking a lot of s**t and blocked this number, yet another SCAM !!!!!!

Call from 07477 109562 at 10:35 on 05.06.2023 - I remained silent; the line remained silent Call from 07477 150182 at 15:57 on 07.06.2023 - {as above) Call from 07477 133622 at 15:35 on 16.06.2023 - Automated call stating "a letter had sent a week ago by HMRC and had been ignored. Court action was now under way. Press 1 to speak to an officer." I did this immediately, and a man with a near Asian accent, politely asked;"Can I help you?"

This was an automated message claiming to be HMRC and saying I am being investigated for fraudulent activity and a warrant has been issued for my arrest

They said they gonna make my life hell after refusing deposit and naming them suspicious

Asian voice called me claiming to be from EE, offering 40% off charges. I could see it was an Inverness number so said I didn't believe he was from EE, at which point he said I could fcuk myself! Number now blocked.

Automated call SPAM - Claims to be a local energy advisor although call not from this area. Can hear it is an auto mated system linked to AI listening for responses as the background noise changes

Seem to be using at least 4 different numbers but all the same company. When they do speak it's to talk about trying to get social landlord to do repairs on your property, but I suspect that's just their latest scam. Same person has then tried calling back next day from a different number as I blocked the first one, each time I block I get called from a new one. Now when one calls and I answer they hang up.

A 'heads-up' for yet another scam. Today so far we have had three calls on our land line, apparently from "banking security", an electronic type message as such, saying we have pending a £300 payment to Amazon and a £1100 international funds transfer, press 1 to pay or press 2 to cancel.

"Bank of Scotland" left concurrently 2 text messages and a voicemail, & phoned from 0333 045 9640. 1st text said "You will shortly receive a text from Bank of Scotland Card Services to confirm recent activity on your card ending xxxx" (the actual numbers on my card). 2nd text said fraudulent purchase of £349 from Apple had been blocked. Automated voice call said "this is your bank calling. There have been two transactions on your account this morning, one from Amazon and one from ........ for £1000.00. ...As you have no previous transactions with these companies ...press 1 to cancel, or talk to us, or 2 to...." I did not press anything and hung up. This is appears to be a dangerous banking scam/fraud.

This a number scammers give you to call for bank fraud. It's a call to another scammer who will then proceed to try to rob you by getting you to buy gift cards for them, they will "open a secure account" fur you and get you to transfer big money into it, or send cash wrapped in foil to some random address to "secure your bank" there's no one you can report this to as its a spoofed number.
