I did buy an engine back in 2013 from enginestoyou who did deliver an engine but it was the wrong one. After i informed them they came and collected it but failed to refund me or send me a replacement engine. I chased them through email and phone but they would simply ignore everything. Have had a call every lunchtime from 15/08/2016 to date (17/08/2016). Phone on silent so fortunately miss it.

15 calls from them today, on both landline and mobile, I am totally fed up of Vanquis, they are totally unsympathetic to you, my wife has a serious illness and they don t care. I have about 20 different numbers that they call from, cant block them but at least can see its them calling.

The guy I m working with also got a call from this number a couple of days ago, how have they got hold of both our numbers as we have no connection apart from we are working at the same house at the moment, he also lives in Southampton so isn t even local and not on any local databases???

My mother-in-law has just found a charge for ?99.99 on her Barclays statement. I ve just spoken to the bank and they have been 100% helpful and have agreed to refund her ASAP. When mum-in-law initialy went into the bank to query the transaction they told her that it was a holiday company and assisted her to call them. The company told her that they take the view that unless you specifically say otherwise they assume that you want thier services, even though the in-laws had no knowledge of the company. T
