Seems to be used for some telemarketing call center - this range of numbers 20813338xx (common feature, they use more numbers of the same range) is mostly reported with Indian call centre reporting as Traffic Management - usual PPI / road accident claims. Just block it if not interested (I use the app from these pages, no problems). Folks did they call you with the same or something new?

Called in regard ' to a road traffic accident you've had within the last 3 years'. Once I explained I've never had an accident in my entire life apologised for calling and hung up. called at 2 in the afternoon.

Called about £ loan - i politely refused and was told to f**k off - then i was rang back and asked if i knew what mother f**ker meant. Interesting tactic to say the least.

As above an Indian chap who said that his name was Jasper, we sometimes get called 20 times a day, he says that he is from Microsoft calling as they have noticed some issues with my operating system. I let him go on for a while, he wanted me to sign in and let him take control of my pc, I then said that I was a licensed Microsoft engineer and the line went dead immediately.
