Scam recorded call about HMRC, threatening arrest!

I have been receiving several calls a week from this number to my mobile phone, home number and office number. They either say they are from "Trading Banks" or a market research company in Taiwan. Either way, you know it s a scam. I like to have fun with them. They have all been Filipino until today where the caller was of African descent. As soon as I answered, they cut the call, tried phoning back but put in a queue and after ten seconds cut off.

Repeated calls but only while abroad , itself highly suspicious. I suspect our holiday info was sold. All unanswered. No calls since returning to the UK.
