This seems to be an automated call, probably some call centre machine (PPI?) testing if the number is alive. In most cases it is just ringing, but with no message. I would not pick it up...
SUPER RUDE human being - and I use the term loosely. Has been rude, aggressive, and generally made a twit of himself to most of my colleagues. Apparently he is calling back tomorrow "before time runs out" on whatever it is he won t tell me about. I don't know how this number find my fixed phone number, the caller called few times my home, it is annoying as he harass me trying to sell me something I don't need, he is very persistent. I have asked him to erase all of my data from his system, he seems to ignore my demand. It might be dangerous to him give any more details, so I hung up but he doesn't understand and call back.
Fraud Left message on landline, saying I had an unauthorized transaction of £1300 on my bankcard. Press 1 to authorize or press 2 to cancel. Not once mentioning me by name or the name of the bank or card. Needless to say this number has been reported to the authorities and blocked.

Same here with the Outlook voicemail that looks like it was going to expect me to log in. Email was littered with assurances about the sender being trusted and the contents having been scanned by a virus checker. Was for an email address I once used (only) for a pension provider. The addresses must have been leaked.
