Very busy call centre background sound. Indian accent. Said they were BT and would have to cancel my internet for a month. Said I could verify they were telling the truth and could resolve if I had a PC to access my unique number. Told him it wasn't possible (no PC in the house) and he said if I wouldn't 'try' then 'do I want my internet disconnected'. Not exactly how even BT would speak to their customers. Also call from them on 07704 171404. They may try to get you to type in their web address so you can verify the company, and the chap I had on the phone was quite insistent. I'd strongly suggest not typing in their web address as I suspect it may have viruses.
