Today, 15:32, only answered because I was expecting a recruitment company to call. Person advised they were calling about PPI, I advised this was a business number and requested that it be taken off their list, they agreed and we said goodbye, all nice and amicable, no need for shouting or rudeness. Will now add it to my contact called "DO NOT ANSWER" contact which takes it up to a grand total of 26 numbers :)

Don t very often speak to cold callers but did today and was told it was a government backed scheme to replace old windows with new at discounted prices. I told the guy I was not interested at the moment, he said if I had a quote now I could keep that quote until I needed to replace my existing windows. Called claiming to be from Claims Advice Centre regarding an accident I had been involved in. Very rude and aggressive when I pressed on which particular company they were with as that was not one I knew and had been involved with. Eventually when they sensed I was not going to disclose any details he told me he was finishing the phone call :-)

SCAM Claims to be from O2 and sends texts messages during the call requesting that you tell the caller the code that is in the message for a 40% discount. An obvious scam, reported to NCSC and O2 as it looks like they’re trying to scam users into giving O2 account passcodes which is fraud. Kept her talking long enough for her to become quite rude and call me a liar, I’m not even with O2 so not sure why they’d target me, certainly not an O2 employee anyway.
