They left a voicemail, claiming to be phoning a guy called Nathan who was late to work and wanting him to phone back. I got the feeling it was probably a scam, I’ve just blocked them instantly to be safe.

Just took call from 'Lauren Mason' - 0207 946 1943 to my mobile. She asked about my 'accident' in the last 2/3 years. This time, I said 'wow, how did you know that?!' She said that the 'RTA Information database' had passed the info about my accident & could I confirm the date? I said that the mobile line was being flaky & asked for her name & the company name again - she said her 'name' and the 'name' of the company - Pearl Health Professionals. TAXES / HMRC- received an automated call from this number claiming to be HMRC and I was listed as being fraudulent with my tax. On returning call (as I’ve had a few lately!!) I asked how they obtained my number, which is a works phone, they promptly hung up????????

This number seems to be used for a classical telemarketing, or it is a directly some general call centre. They usually work for some third company and call with offer of some goods or services for the actual company they were hired for. In this case the number is mostly reported in connection with Three Mobile, could be also calling in the name of another telco operator... Just a call centre.
