SCAM Further to my earlier review I managed to get the operator to give up on me by pretending to be deaf and unable to understand his heavy India accent (not entirely untrue on either count). Kept asking him to repeat all the questions and spell out everything: first his name, then the name of the company etc in a voice that makes me sound older than I am. After 2or 3 minutes he gave up.

Just had a call from an English sounding lady (01543-630851) who stated she was ringing from Philips Legal Solutions of Lichfield, Staffs. She knew my name and ex-directory telephone number. She wanted to know if I had a Will, or wanted to take one out. She stated that her company was most reputable, to which I replied that if it was reputable it wouldn t be harrssing with cold calls. Just received a call from this number. Answered it, as I wondered who in San Antonio, Texas would be calling me. A very English lady in a recorded message said she was calling about PPI(!) Utter time wasters.
Search for a loan got changed69 quid, phone and was told I would get 54 quid back only to find that the next day they took 54 out my account again! Cant get hold of them at all tried for 3 days! Now its in the finiancial ombudsman hands! see u in court loans4u!,
No idea who it was but the heavy Indian-Pakistani accent meant that I had no idea what this person was saying. Hard to believe any legitimate company hires someone who’s accent make them unintelligible. Blocked.
