My 81 year old father was tricked into setting up a direct debit for his 4 year old Indecit. (June 2016)He realised the day after he was covered by another policy, so he cancelled the direct debit at the bank and wrote a letter to Appliance Serve as well as calling them by phone. Apparently I ve been in a car accident that wasn t my fault... h e c k. The woman on the other end was an automated service, but a clever one - they record the woman speaking, then cut the recording to each answer/question ("hello it s emma", "My company is proficient helpline") so someone on the other end just has to play a soundboard, but it sounds like you re actually talking to a real person. Stay away from these lovely people! ! ! ! ! !
