Made up a name and postcode then he said they were NRG . It was about loft insulation and of course how they would be in my area tomorrow.

I HAVE BEEN CHARGED £4.50/ TEXT EVERY TIME I RECEIVE THEM OVER THE PAST FEW MONTHS BECAUSE VODAFONE DEAL WITH THEM AS A PREMIUM CHARGE TEXT AND NOT WITHIN THE UNLIMITED TEXT PACKAGE. I DO NOT EVEN OPEN THEM JUST DELETE STRAIGHT AWAY BUT HAVE STILL BEEN CHARGED BY VODAFONE. JUST NOW BLOCKED THEM BUT VODAFONE ALREADY TOOK MONEY AND WILL NOT CREDIT BACK.

Further to my earlier post this caller also seems to use this number with additional prefixes - 00144 - and dropping the first 0 , presumably trying to bamboozle the system or the receiver! Still refuses to leave a message.!!
The call is NOT from the Buxton area. The scammers spoof the number.
