When the period of time specified in a statute of limitations passes, a claim can no longer be filed" Statute barred debt refers to a debt that s not enforceable because the time a creditor has to chase payment has passed. SCAM oliver from Trader Education, along with all his friends have been calling my mother several times a day for weeks. Dispite her telling them to " go forth and multiply" (quite impressive from a 76 year old) they persist in ringing. Asking her to invest money in shares. I took over again today and asked for a supervisor, Oliver chuckled and said we should change our number. Oliver will regret that!

Rang my landline today and an automated message said that our phone would be cut off in 24 hours. As we pay by direct debit every month, it cannot be true. It said we should push 1 for BT or 2 for any other supplier. We think it was that scam where they try to get bank details. it rang back twice within ten minutes. We didnt answer either call.
09 Dec 2021 - Has called 3 days in a row, not sure if its robotic or a person but after I say hello there is silence and they put the phone down. I suspect they are testing numbers to see who answers then possibly sell this data on to other spam callers. Don't bother answering, block number if you can. Reply

When questioned how he had seen my details and what details and where he was based he said it was citizens advice in Manchester . I live in Somerset , I said goodbye and hung up.
