Scammers not actuate code block

Rang off after phone had rang only once, rang again seconds later & phone rang only twice, then rang again after a few seconds & phone rang only 3 times - VERY annoying. Just ignored all 3 calls.

Don t like these things, mine came through as "Order Confirmation. Thanks for placing an order of ?127.49. Go to www.bit.ly/1KYBlnF to manage your order." It must be scam, I didnt use the link but searched everything, paypal, playstation, xbox accounts bank details and nothing. Blocked and hoping that this doesnt escalate?

fraud, wanting bank details for PPI REFUND, never had PPI or made a claim

PPI - Called mobile, knew my surname. asked if i d ever made a claim on PPI. As per Bob L comment - seem like PPI spammers trying their luck.

Keep receiving calls from this number. No one on the other end and very annoying. Starts in the morning and continues throughout the day.

Had a call today at 12.31 from this number, with a particularly nasty scam. He told me his name was "Peter" (though his accent was asian) and that he was from the "computer licensing department". He informed me that my computer has been running from two IP addresses and that it would be shut down if I didn t act. I realised this was a scam and pressed him for details - asking him: Computer licensing Department of what? His answers were vague but his final bid was words to the effect of this: Do you want t

Rude , aggressive, tried to tell me he wasn t selling anything. Told me I was mad because I said his attitude was wrong and aggressive which is the wrong way to try and sell something.Absolute arsehole. Told him to F**k **f in the end. Still trying to ring me 11 times in one day.
