they called and when I called number was put through to Legal claims when woman answered. I told her in no uncertain terms I did not require their calls or services and asked to be taken off their list. She informed me it was her only job. Does that give them rights to annoy people

I have been spammed with calls from this company. I had 4 calls in the space of 2 hours while I was in a meeting at work. I finally picked up and told them I m not remotely interested in reviewing my pensions as they are handled through my company and to remove me from their database. They persisted in being very pushy and I hung up. 30 minutes later I received another call from the number and I blocked it.

My phone is brand new from Carphone Warheouse on a Vadofone contract. I asked for no marketing calls. This was an unwanted sales call so I have decided to terminate my contract as I am within the cancellation period.
