Looks like a scam. Recorded message said I d missed a call from my internet provider concerning illegal activity. I had not been on line for over 48 hours.

This number rings my phone repeatedly 4 or 5 times a day. I don t answer as I only answer callers I know. Who are these people they are now driving me mad.

This is a debt collection company. Often long term or aging debt is sold and the purchasing collection agency makes profit by aggressively chasing that debt. They use any data they can get to bug you typically to begin with by using automated dialers and recorded style messages. They do not check the age of the data or if they do they ignore it. This number comes from a agency in London working on behalf of the times newspaper. If you answer them tell them you want their registered address so you can bill them ?10 per minute, that ll get rid of them, but if the do recall then send them a invoice sent as tracked, and they have to pay you if you pursue to a small debt court. That should get rid of them once and for all. Local Police also informed
