A debt collection company who collect debts on behalf of eBay. My fees have been paid once then I got an email saying it d been withdrawn and I still owed fees to the sum of £25. This company however claim I owe £50?! For selling a few dresses online are you kidding. Won t see penny one from me you slag.

These people started calling our new business before we even advertised, just from the directory entry that Xln (our phone and internet provider) had kindly entered us into. They start off, if they talk, by making out they are official, telling you that they need the meter number as it has flagged up on their system as out of contract. Got a call from this number asking for some woman, i told them they have the wrong number. They responded with am i her partner, i repeated they have the wrong number and to take my number off the listing.

CALLS MADE WITH NO IMMEDIATE ANSWER. THEY CONFIRM YOUR NAME AND ADDRESS WHICH IS UNNERVING. VERY NASTY PEOPLE. DON T GET INTO A CONVERSATION WITH THEM AT ALL AS THEY CAN BE THREATHENING WHEN YOU SHOW THEM YOUR NOT A FOOL.

They have been calling me daily for over a month now depite me telling them to stop.

They called twice in the past week, so I called back curious to see what company it was. All they said was it was consumer care line. The first woman hung up on me when I asked what the company was. The second was a guy who after me asking a few times went into the speech about PPI and other loans and stuff and then when I said I ve never had any of that he ended the call. He knew my first name though which was a bit confusing.

This company has called me several times over a period of months. After the first 3 calls I told them in no uncertain manner that I was fed up with their calls and not to call again. However the same number calls me regularly, despite the fact that I never answer now. Surely this is harassment?
