Call centre, claiming to be the Technical Department @ Virgin Media, wishing to discuss my internet access. I told her my number is registered with TPS and requested that all of my details are immediately removed from their database. She hung up without confirming whether she had complied. Strangely, her telephone number seems to be a landline in Germany and she is calling a UK mobile number. As I am not a Virgin Media customer, this is most likely a scam.

This number called me again today, they did Not even leave a message. When I called the number back, an automated voice said "you were called today by talktalk, sorry we missed you, no matter we will en-devour to call you back later, bye!"

This is another fake number being used by the criminals to say they are Talk Talk and whose purpose is to infect computers. It was a silent call - not a sound when I answered - but that is not unusual. I get such calls daily. Other reporting sites (not Tellows) confirmed what I knew already - that it was these people again.
