These guys tricked my 89 year old mother with dementia into buying their "services" on 12 August 2016. I only found out when they called again six days later and spoke to me by mistake. An Indian-sounding "customer service executive" calling himself Patrick refused to cancel the contract or to recognise the statutory cooling-off period.
