This is a debt collection company. Often long term or aging debt is sold and the purchasing collection agency makes profit by aggressively chasing that debt. They use any data they can get to bug you typically to begin with by using automated dialers and recorded style messages. They do not check the age of the data or if they do they ignore it. They are a central heating company. They will only call you if you have given them or a third party your telephone number.

Had a call this morning from a man claiming to work for a company called "First Pass", asking about an RTA I was supposed to have been involved in. I asked how he got my details and requested that they be deleted from their data-base. I have never been in an RTA, and am on TPS to prevent cold-callers. He persisted in trying to obtain more information from me and when I refused to answer, he hung up. If they call again, I shall report them to Ofcom.

When I answered a girl with an English accent said she was calling from a company called IC Solutions.

Called saying from o2 never asked for any of my personal details but sent me a one time pass code kept me on the line for quite some time offering me discount on my bill plus free upgrade. When call ended contacted o2 and was informed that the one time pass code is what they use to lock me out of the account and gives them the access to use my account
