Fraud. Recorded voice claimed to be Amazon Prime and said I had been charged 79.99 and if that wasn't me to press 1 on my phone keypad. As Prime is actually £79 for a year, I terminated the call and blocked the number.

Multiple calls, always hang up either on answering or before having chance to answer, usually only 2-3 rings. Most anooyin and disturbing to a single female living alone.

indian sounding lady called today, used my "nickname" that I don t use professionally, said that she was calling from Microsoft and that the technical team had noticed a problem with Windows on my computer. When I said I was an IT graduate with several years of support experience and that her story did not add up, and that she was calling from Watford where Microsoft do not have an office, she strangely put the phone down on me!

Multiple missed calls from this number going to the answer phone. There is never a message left which is why I have graded it as aggressive advertising. When answered, it was related to a magazine subscription based on out of date information.
SCAM, yet another call from a different number claiming to be from an energy company in my area, I let him get as far as asking if I was the home owner then I hung up cos I was watching the news about covid. Now and again I like to waste their time for a while. Lol.

SCAM / SPAM Someone pretending to be from HMRC saying them at there was a fraudulent claim made in my name and to press 1 to speak to an operator. Told me if I didn’t connect to an operator then a warrant would be issued for my arrest.
Has rung me numerous times. Barely 3 rings and they have still hung up before I have answered. Very annoying.

Someone called and asked if I would be interested in having one of their escorts for the evening. The charge would be £350.
daily harassment! 9 times out of 10 from numbers starting 07794. No company has sent me a letter re need for payment, the 1 company it could?ve been doesn?t use capquest so I assume they are chasing a statute barred debt again. In fact capquest haven?t sent a letter either funnily enough, then they wonder why i wont give out my details for ?data protection purposes?!!! My data is already not protected!!

SCAM Been called from this number five times in three hours by an automated system claiming to be from Amazon and stating that I have bought a gadget. An obvious scam call, but an extremely irritating one given the frequency of the calls.

Got a cold call from this number. The caller had a Welsh accent and said he was calling from the company Insure For Less. He wanted to discuss home insurance with me, but I said I wasn t interested and asked to be taken off their call list. What do you know, they called again the next day as though I would change my mind. Very annoying!

I proceeded to asked, who am I speaking too? She stated that she was calling from a claims agency and my tone soon changed... 'You were in a car crash in the last 2 years, is that correct?'
