SCAM. Apparently from Sky - asked a number of questions re number of lights on / colour of lights on router (gave stupid answers as i have at least one of these calls a day). They wanted to access my computer to show me the problems i had been having - said needed permission from the company i worked for to access (asked if i had my own to which i said no), they then hung up.
Three calls within an hour and no message on answer phone. D***** nuisance! I don t know why they won t identify themselves.
