This number keeps ringing my mobile, knows my name and that I am with BT, says you don t have to notice to your broadband supplier and that they are cheaper (talk talk - not heard any good words about them. I told the guy that I would think about it nearer to my contract ending, I got another call a couple of hours later and this guy would take no, I told him where to go. He then rang back withheld and said I was very rude and hung up!!!!!

Received call from Indian sounding male, call centre environment. Said other people had been using my router. He did NOT ask to confirm my name address, account etc. I asked him many questions as I new it was a scam. He asked me to go to my computer. I hadn t read comments until I told a friend of mine i had been for a hearing test around 5 month ago, and he advised me to read them. To my amazement its the same company i had dealt with. Sonia was polite on the initial call when asking criteria questions and when i declined to confirm my d.o.b she was happy for me to confirm this on the day. Last week i collected a cheque for just over £5,900. These guys are just doing their job, we know endless calls can be a nightmare. Keep up the good work.
