A text message Supposed to be from Royal Mail saying I had not paid postage of £2.99 I think it’s a scam, I have not clicked on the link, but checked the number on here, hope this information helps stop scams like these.
Received a text on my mobile claiming to be HSBC. I dont have any connection to HSBC. So didnt even think of replying or following the link.BEWARE.

I rejected the call but they accidentally left a voice mail. Man with strong accent mumbling, I could hear typing and obviously a call centre background.
Young guy called my mums home number (she s in her 70 s) and said that she had over paid money in to her bank and they needed to refund it and started asking for date of birth so she hung up. Be very careful with company! Avoid speaking to them!!!!

This number has called a number of times in the last two weeks. When answered, it is an automated voice purporting to be BT, which states that our internet will be disconnected today and offering two return call options which I am fairly sure are cost traps. We don t have BT internet. On hanging up, I called the number back and it rang but was not answered.
