She then tried to give me a number to call back. I challenged her and told her I thought she not not legit. She started arguing. I said a real customer agent would not argue like that. Russian sounding chap called from 02081871316, didn't give a compnay name, but said in a clunky manner that I'd bought bitcoin as "another company", it's been stolen but they can help me get it back. I'm concerned that they might scam someone if they get more slick at the script.

Sales - a subsidiary of BT. Not nuisance, but I blocked them trying to call me all the time. Too many attempts by them to get through. Blocked!
