Honestly, GDPR was a waste of time, penalising honest businesses but scammers and thiefs are safe? Just don't pick up a number you don't know, why would your Insurance call you? They never do.

He was very rude, he wanted to talk to my husband who was not at home and then he said it is about some money investment and it is urgent. Got a call from this number stating that someone had put me as a emergency contact number, and they have had a car accident. I obviously called everyone i knew to make sure they were all alright, this seems to be a SCAM.

Scam caller; threatening me with internet and phone disconnection. No data breach - all the details they had were wrong.
I had dealings with retail merchant services last year. Their salesman lied about contracts and fees and altered paperwork after I had signed it. It very nearly cost me £4000, luckily I threatened them with a police case for fraud and they left me alone until now and they are trying to sell me their machines again. Google retail merchant services complaints and then stay well clear.

SCAM / SPAM Telephoned me claiming to be HMRC but it is a scam to phone through to a premium number.
This number has called me 4 times during the day today at 2 hour (and less) intervals. The same happened yesterday. I answered the first call and it appeared to be about loans. I haven t answered their subsequent calls which has done nothing to lessen, or maybe just intensified their aggressive calling policy. There s nothing reputable about a company that acts in this way.
