Like another person wrote on here, I said no to the insurance on the website, the person was friendly enough and accepted no thanks, but I didn t consent to my number being used in that way, only for delivery info (i.e. time slot) to be given. Always ask them security questions, they got the order number correct and I don t know if there is a scam where they say they ll take away the old appliance for free, and then somehow charge you or possibly sign you up for insurance even though you said no, idk. This Number every week one or two times calling and asking someone called Jeffrey. It is really harassment.

Caller with indian accent gave a fake name and claimed to be calling from BT Broadband. He said there were hackers using my wifi according to messages on their server. He then tried to scare me in to giving him access to my computer. He was obviously trying to scam me as I don t have an account with BT. He hung up on me when I wouldn t let him access my computer.

I don't think this can be a genuine call from LoveKnitting, from whom I buy online quite frequently. They never call you about anything, and I have certainly had nothing to...

I blocked this number on my phone only to get called by a very similar number a little while later, its outrageous how personal information is given freely between organisations.
