Fraud. Recorded voice claimed to be Amazon Prime and said I had been charged 79.99 and if that wasn't me to press 1 on my phone keypad. As Prime is actually £79 for a year, I terminated the call and blocked the number.

Received a call off a man claiming to be from a Sapphire in Cardiff, he told me I filled out a survey (which I have been doing recently) n because of this I m now lucky enough to win a free £20 voucher for fuel, he then went on to say that I only need to pay £1 for postage, he already had my name n address. Got a cold call from this number. The caller had a Welsh accent and said he was calling from the company Insure For Less. He wanted to discuss home insurance with me, but I said I wasn t interested and asked to be taken off their call list. What do you know, they called again the next day as though I would change my mind. Very annoying!

I got a call from someone who knew my name wanting to make an appointment to discuss my finances
I went on their website a few days ago and have been calling, texting and emailing since. They try to get you in by offering region specific free solar panel and then when they call they are trying to get you to take out a loan for the solar panelling. there is no way to stop them from texting you but i blocked email and calls from my mobile. Don t do what I did folks. If they ask for your post code and telephone number, DON T DO IT and enquire else where.
