Male called and said I owed money on a NEWDAY credit card linked to my amazon account. I had taken the offer of getting a card via getting a 20% discount on an item but never activated the card. He reeled of items purchased for certain dates. Funny enough, all those payments had already come out of my own Visa card not theirs. Also, the only card visible for payments on my amazon account is my own. And the call was promptly ended.... BE AWARE AND DO NOT GET ROPED IN!!!

I answered today and said the same thing - so checked what information they had on my address etc, and have the correct address, have asked for the information, and will check it out when I receive it. I asked where they had obtained my information from and he said from an online form I had completed, and as I have recently, this would seem feasible, as the databases are available to purchase in the telemarketing world. This number calls me every other day and even on Sundays and when I pick up, they keep mute and hang up. They still called today Sunday 14/08/16 at 11:24 hours.
