Same annoying story from me. Over last 3 days they've called probably 20 times. Answered once and they hung up. I have a loud whistle by the phone now for the next one

Not a scam - It's Thames Water customer service calling about a problem previously reported to them.

This number called me on my business mobile, left no message. When called back there is a message saying that it does not accept incoming calls.
