Since signing up for my first ever car insurance I now receive PI claims texts and now nuisance calls with no-one on the end from this company. Thanks Diamond for passing on my information without my permission!

Claimed to be notifying me about a problem with unpaid national insurance bill and instructs to press one to prevent an automatic charge being made. Ring back gives a permanent engaged sound. SCAM

Constant missed calls for a week. I answered and it was a polite lady from Vodafone trying to sell me something. She knew my name as I am a customer. When I said I was busy she said she will call back another time. This number does not appear on the Vodafone authorised numbers list although it is only one digit out from a lot of their numbers.

Called early Saturday morning, no message

This number called a few times, lets your phone ring once and hangs up. As usual they want you to call back.....

Obvious call centre noise background noise as soon as I answered, with a delay before anyone responded. The caller had an extremely strong Asian/Indian accent and told me his name was Paul Simon (yeah, right!) calling from Norfolk County Council about a recent accident I d had. I told him I hadn t been involved in an accident, he said it must have been a family member (I live alone, but didn t tell him that), I repeated that he was wrong and asked who he thought had been in the accident. This number is very dodgy, rings with a local dial tone so that you think it's someone local that you may know, I have since blocked this number
