An automated female voice that purported to be calling from Amazon telling me that a certain amount of money would be taken by them from my bank account and if I wished to stop this then I needed to press a number on my keypad.
Keeps calling every day (often multiple times a day) and leaving silent voicemail messages which I have to pay to access. Have now sent this number to my reject list but expect more from a reputable company like the AA.

I answered both mobile & landline which rang within 10 seconds of each other, and got nothing but silence from both, they are now blocked!
Woman called and stated that she is from Alpine Services. She said that she was informed that I recently had a car accident and whether this was correct. I said "no" and hung up. Mind you, I don t even have a driver s license for UK and certainly no car.
SCAMMER: Indian, female voice said that there had been illegal activity on my internet line. Said she was from BT and that somebody had conducted illegal activity and it was recorded on their server. Played a long for a little while then let the scamming witch know what she is.

I haven t answered it as they ring off too fast, but I also donated to soccer aid. Thanx for the automatic opt-in ITV/unicef, I will never donate again. Added to my phone s auto-reject list.

SCAM / SPAM - They phoned me and claimed that I haven't paid my taxes and that I owe £3,900 and with fines that was now around £20,000. Then informed me that I have 2 options Option 1 - to go to court and risk losing the case and owing £20,000 or Option 2 - pay £3,900 now. Had a call from this muppet (+01195748396) on my mobile. Searched the number on this site but it does not register (the tellows webpage doesn t load) so I dropped the +0 and re-tried and this page does load. An educated guess is that this is some kind scam or another.

For the second time in two days, I received a call from this number, in each case the caller asked if I was the property owner, I went silent to extend the duration and cost of their call and eventually the callers hung up.

The person calling from this number was clearly ringing from a call centre and had an Asian name which I didn t catch. He stated that the company name was MTA Solicitors and that he was calling about a recent car accident. This is clearly a scam call as I have not had a car accident.
