got a call from this number it registered as ace builders but then proceeded in telling me I could get my business phone line cheaper .so I gathered it was a scam when I questioned him about the contact name he just carried on reading his script so I put phone down

Scam. Avoid. A rude, incompetent lady going by name of Baljit claiming from Halifax Bank, London Moorgate. Halifax Bank have never been the problem - much of the people, representing and procedures, incompetences and lack of getting things done Halifax have adopted however, including Baljit, are what give Halifax Bank a bad reputation.
