Received call from Indian sounding male, call centre environment. Said other people had been using my router. He did NOT ask to confirm my name address, account etc. I asked him many questions as I new it was a scam. He asked me to go to my computer. I bought tickets on wowcher i have winnings to collect, when i went on the website and clicked check my winnings it said i hadn t won when i know i have. Now i cant get hold of them and dont know what to do.. anyone got any ideas?

This number keeps ringing my mobile, knows my name and that I am with BT, says you don t have to notice to your broadband supplier and that they are cheaper (talk talk - not heard any good words about them. I told the guy that I would think about it nearer to my contract ending, I got another call a couple of hours later and this guy would take no, I told him where to go. He then rang back withheld and said I was very rude and hung up!!!!!

Last night I received a call from this number and a man asked to speak to my husband. When I asked what it was about he said he was from Chase Alexander.
