The paid money then goes into a fraudulently opened bank account. I am suspicious of this number because after receiving a possible ?phishing call I made a 1471 call to discover the number the call came from I was given this number, which I rang. It was answered by a man who told me he was in Kent and i told him why I had called his number but nothing else(my name or location) i suggested he should look into how this could have happened and that his line might be compromised somehow.
This number called about 14.25 today. Number not recognised and no message was. Do not pick up, as probably a scam.
