I think this is a scam number. Recorded American accent saying HMRC and that a fine would be implemented and to press 1 to speak to someone. Obviously I didn’t, line then went dead !!

SCAM Scam ‘energy’ company… Operator said he was the local energy advisor! Hardly likely, as the phone call was from Manchester and I am in Portsmouth! Also, there is no such role in existence! They claimed to be lowell but when I got transferred to another colleague they both sounded like the same person so it is likely that Lowells number is being cloned by scammers which gives then legitimacy as when people search the number they will find it belongs to the lowell Because I have been in an iva that includes lowell for over a year lowell would know that and not contact me also the amount the caller said I owned was a lot less than I actually do which is a way that they can gain peoples details b

Fraud Had text claiming to be be from Starling Bank - text came through on same message thread as previous verification code so I thought it was genuine. Text advised suspicious activity in my account for which they would be contacting by phone (which they did the next day) They already had lots of my identifying info and put me through other checks. They’d cleared thousands out of my account by the time I’d called Starling bank a few hours later.

SCAM txt message from this number. Advising me I’ve been in close contact with someone who has recently tested positive. Please order a test kit: with a web address. (Doesn’t even say positive for what) Fools! I attempted to look up the web address on my iPad and it came up as non existent. Presumably they would have tried to make me pay for them.

I received a call from +443300013315, a guy who identified himself as Alberto from the company ipgatetrade.pro/es and tried to argue with me under the false pretext of an application that I would have made.
