I said I have no PPI but she said is bank charges that I pay on my bank account. She wanted to know what bank I have, type of account and year I was born. Called today by an Asian guy calling himself Steven Barnes. He was a bit thrown when I asked him for his last name and I could tell by the way he said it that he had just made it up that moment. I knew straightaway it was a scam as Sky cards do not expire.
