I was called on my mobile by this number on Friday morning 22/11/13 - they hung up when i answered. They rang back late afternoon - but i was in the pub and it was a bit noisy so i went outside but the christmas lights were being turned on in Kikby town centre and there was lots of noise - music, kids etc.. so it was noisier outside the pub than inside. Answered phone and it went dead?

A Manchester number, so thought is was someone I know. However it was an unpleasant person who identified themselves as being from a company called Motor Investigations. He wanted to talk about insurance. I asked him why he was calling and he was aggressive. I hung up. Definitely a scam of some sort.

They claimed to have a file on me which said I had been involved in an accident in the last two and half years. This is untrue. They refused to tell me how they got the file. I am registered with the Phone Marketing preference service, so their call was illegal. Who will prosecute them?

Said he was from National Accident UK about an accident I d allegedly had last September. This is the second call I ve had. When I asked him for the registered address he ignored me. When I asked again he hung up.

Arseholes keep calling as if they have some right to do so. Not interested in their licence and, if you check the web, you will find they are trying to catch you into getting a licence.
