Said she was from the Wellness Centre and started asking me questions about my health. Did not answer directly when I asked what the Wellness Centre is, and said they were concerned about the well-being of pensioners in Basingstoke (the nearest large town to me). I said I have no PPI but she said is bank charges that I pay on my bank account. She wanted to know what bank I have, type of account and year I was born.
