This is a scam number, and probably all numbers 023821464**. Asian sounding voice said he was from "Amazon Fraud Department" and that my account had been compromised (I don't have an Amazon account). If you Google the number, it comes back to Brother. 0333 numbers are used in the UK and known as non-geographic but are (supposedly) cheaper than 08 and 09 numbers.

This number (recorded message) is wrongly claiming my debit card has been compromised. Also, it has plagued my 96-year old mother who gets quite upset about it.
Like the above commentors my mother received a call from Robert Watson from Windows Tech support saying the # is 02036428038. This is a scam they want you to go on your computer and go to a URL which basically a remote control website. They will then have access to your harddrive and all your data. My advice is to tell them to go to hell and hang up.
