SCAM / SPAM Automated call, from my "internet provider" who would be disconnecting me within 24 hours due to "illegal activity" taking place over my connection - instructed to "press 1" to connect me to an executive. Connected to a woman speaking English with an Indian accent. Her script wasn't very good, tried to talk about online banking/shopping. I was busy so didn't string her out any longer. Had a missed call from them yesterday 19 May 2023, and tracked it to Russia Today 20 May got a message from them, pretending to be police and telling me to report to Preston Police Station regarding an incident on Sunday (tomorrow) Fraud SCAM
Fourth call in as many days. Say they are TPS and can stop nuisance calls. They could stop that my not phoning me!

They called me a few moments ago and, wwhen I asked where they got my number, they became rude and evasive so I hung up. An Indian sounding woman rang straight back demanding to know why I "Cut the call". We had a row and I hung up again. Believe it or not, she rang straight back again. I became quite blunt at this stage, eventually telling her to, and I'll put this euphemistically, "go forth and multiply". She lied when we argued, saying I had volunteered my number (I am ex-directory),
