It' a scam avoid

Claimed to be BT (or rather, "BT's outbound team, working for BT", rang my landline but also knew my mobile as they had a PIN sent to it. I said it was a scam and hung up.

Company called 'OneCom'. Apparently a 'partner' to Vodafone. Yes they are pushing Vodafone upgrades.

This number calls and then hangs up when answered. Is it because i am a man? Does the caller think a woman will be an easier touch?

When I asked what it was regarding he said he was from Blacks Brokers and it was about a letter they had sent him. No letters have been sent I open the mail. Scam artists.

No company has sent me a letter re need for payment, the 1 company it could?ve been doesn?t use capquest so I assume they are chasing a statute barred debt again.
